One of the earlier written tracks of Middle Children's self titled album.
The original melody was written for a special performance by WAKE ( a solo project of Jay Dowling/ 2004-2009) at the Andy Warhol museum's youth invasion 2009.
The lyrical content was inspired after a show they performed. They got paid in a greasy ball of ones! Meg said to herself "this was my performance worth for tonight." She then later spent it on candy.
True story.
